Laundry plumbing

Needs to happen on Friday 20th August to allow for relining etc over weekend - or sat morning. Area will be stripped ready for plumber to access, underfloor access provided at exact location of work. Shower mixer replacement/repair - topliss mixer. (shower liner to remain intact through this work - no access to wall cavity preferred). The mixer has started leaking through the mixer shaft towards the shower, no indication of leak into wall. I understand this is a low pressure mixer, and I have gas mains hot water. Install new washing machine tap - about 2m from existing cold water line. No tub so no hot water supply needed. Install new washing machine drain - about 2m from existing drain . Cut and cap existing washing machine drain at floor level, cap existing hot and cold water washing machine tabs on wall (flush if possible for cabinets to cover).
