Kitchen renovation, line up of future job after

New kitchen is going in so we need the old sink disconnected and the new connected once that's ready. Following that we want to renovate bathroom and laundry, with laundry turning into laundry & toilet. Meanwhile bathroom will be getting new shower, new toilet and removing the old bath. We will need a new Hot Water Cylinder as the existing is from 76 and we want mains pressure.
