Hot water cylinder valve is leaking etc.

The hot water cylinder value needs replacing I believe and also the shower cubicle, which is quite new, keeps getting mouldy, I have been told this is because there may be too much silicone. Also there is dampness/ mould around toilet, I would like to know if there is a fault, or whether it is just that the tenants are splashing water. I would also like all the gutters and downpipes ideally inspected to ensure everything in good order for insurance purposes. I would like to know if any other issues
