Responded to my request promptly and communicated with me as requested. Went out of his way to listen to all my concerns and advised me on what to look for in the future and possible time frames. Left to pick up faucet once he determined what I preferred and returned quickly. Charge was as expected. Interacted with grandson appropriately. Left areas clean and tidy.
