Please help, leaky tap & more .....

Three jobs 1 - Cold tap over the bath is leaking quite badly. 2- Toilet cistern/ballcock is not cutting off the water supply resulting in water overflowing from the cistern. 3- Kitchen tap (mixer) has become loose at the base & moves around. The tap is not leaking. Sorry, I know these are probably really annoying jobs. I would apprecaite if someone is able to help & sort out these problems. The unit is about 35 years old.
