ESSENTIAL

I have two issues - one essential - I don't seem to have hot water as of today. Water still runs from the tap but it is becoming increasingly tepid. The cylinder is on. I had to boil water to wash dished and will have to do that to wash until it's fixed. Possibly connected? My water tank, situated in the roof an accessible from garage, has been overflowing outside for about 6 weeks - I had a bathroom model so through I'd get it fixed then but...Easily 100 litres a day going down the drain.
