Upgrading Sewer and Stormwater - Installing New PvC Pipes

We have older earthenware pipes for stormwater and sewer. We want to replace them with new PVC pipes. Photos showing the pipes to be replaced are included with annotations and lengths. Approximately 34 m of sewer to be replaced, picking up two bathrooms, and kitchen at least. Approximately 24 m of stormwater, picking up 3 downpipes. We will remove any pavers / decking needed to undertake the project prior to work commencing. We have given two options for Stormwater because it appears that there are two stormwater outlets that run into the gutter in front of our property. We are not sure if the existing stormwater is connected to these, or which option is easier. A photo of these outlets can be provided if needed.
