removing the source of water pooling

there is a pool of water sitting under the house with a number of pipes running from it and now over the last 3 weeks there is another pool of water near by that sits at the edge of the house under the heat exchange but doesn't appear to be related to the exchange. they aren't huge pools of water but aren't evaporating - the house sits at the lower slopes and is on a very gentle slope - the problem is at the lower end of the house with easier access to under house.
