Replace washers and install new kitchen tap

Install a new kitchen tap (already bought) and install washers to some taps as needed. Install ballcock washer to the underroof head tank (it is dripping occasionally). It is in quite a tight spot so should be a bit physically fit and able to climb (not dangerous though).
