Toilet removal and install

I have a purchased a brand new toilet from Bunnings. I need the old toilet removed and the new toilet installed. Everything seems to be there except for the braded hose that allows for water flow. I just require the new toilet installed and set up to a point where I'm able to just get a hose and attach it. The old toilet looks to be grouted down too. I will clean the old toilet as much as possible before the job is done.
