Leaking toilet tee connection

The tee connection under my toilet has begun leaking (the tee is connected to the toilet tank, the wall connection, and the bidet). It probably just needs some more tape or to be tightened, but I've recently had surgery so my stitches won't let me bend over well enough to get at it myself. The water is slowly dripping from the tank connection down the black tee, as can be seen in the pictures
