Adding drainage for a louvre roof addition

I am installing a roughly 35m^2 louvre roof that will have two downpipes. I would like to connect these to the existing storm water line running to the street. Lenght of run required is around 10 meters (for both) and I know exactly where the storm water drain runs (had a ground radar mapping done). My builder will be digging foundations for a perimeter wall that goes around the area covered by the roof. I am hoping to get both the foundation and the drain-laying done at the same time - if possible.
