Tap replacement, leaking tap, loo cistern constantly running

Kitchen tap - either needs a new bit inside or has to be replaced totally. Water runs from the main body of the tap. Laundry tap- needs to be completely replaced. On super tub. Loo - cistern keeps running/filling. Brass arm has already been replaced. All mains pressured. I will have the taps purchased, and the part for the kitchen tap. I would need the work to be done late afternoon or a Saturday morning. ASAP would be great if possible - the running loo is driving me slightly mad!!
