Move laundry tub

New laundry tub (already purchased) installed in new location in the laundry. The current tub is under the window, the new tub will go in the left hand corner next to the washing machine (see photos). Gib is off and pipes exposed. I would like new pipes under the floor as in the future I will put a door in the wall they are currently in. Under floor access is good - dry and 500mm +. If possible, I would like the washing machine temporarily plumbed to the cold water while I gib and plaster the walls before the final tub installation.
