Update Bathroom

Hi I need to replace my existing showever over bath as it is very old, currently a pipe showever going up the wall. I therefore need a new shower to be installed over a new bath moving the waste and pipes about 1m from where they are currently. I will require also the installation of an extractor fan, light, heater. I am setting this house up as a rental so don't have a large budget. Please quote for all components including material and labour. I require the tradesperson to be registered. thanks Rachel
