A few small leaks from dux pipe

There's a couple of wet patches under a hot water cylinder. Had a look under the house and can see two T junctions of Dux pipe that are leaking. Not sure if these are the source of the wet floor but it needs looking at. Also, there's a small leaks into a sunroom (retrofitted to the main structure) which I can't find the source of the leak of. Keen to get it sorted ASAP
