Plumber needed to adjust cold water pressure in shower mixer

We have good cold water pressure in our bathroom, however, it is low coming out of the shower rose, which makes it difficult to get the water cool enough in summer. We have read about how water pressure can be adjusted in the mixer unit, but we cannot figure out how to disassemble the mixer. We would like a plumber to increase our cold water pressure, ideally by adjusting the pressure via the mixer, but if a new mixer is required we will need to do that. A photo is attached to show the mixer unit.
