Carefully excavate and dispose of "bad fill" (up to 40 m3) and expose existing field drain, storm water and sewerage pipes, reinstall and backfill with AP65 compacted in layers nor more than 500mm, place tailings against basement walls and keep separated with geo textiles. Limited access for small excavator of no more than 1.8m wide and 2.4m wide. Repair any damaged services.
