Plumbing for kitchen renovation

We need a plumber for our kitchen renovation. We need the currant tap turned off so we can remove the kitchen. We would then like the tap moved from the wall onto the new bench top (we have a new tap for this) We would also like a dish drawer installed. So we need all the plumbing done for this. The sink and dishwasher are right next to each other. Our floor is concrete. Attached is a plan of our new kitchen and also of our currant kithen so you have an idea of what you are working with. This job 's for mid to late November. Thanks
