Water pipe relocation

I have two old style taps coming out of the wall above my old laundry tub, I would like to buy a new modern laundry tub, one of the ones with the mixer tap on them but need the water pipes to come out of the wall lower down so they can be plumbed into the new tub from underneath. Would also like to mention that a plumber from goodnest is $65 an hour and $20 vehicle fee which means this job may cost around $100 using them so please only contact me if you can beat or match this price.
