Bathroom washing basin taps replacement
Job description
Our washing basin in the bathroom has a leaking cold water tap. Replacing washers did not work, and the seating has already been polished - and now the tap knob can be turned round and round - it's worn and needs replacing. Since there is a hot water tap as well, both needs to be replaced to make it look even. The colour of the taps is white - we would prefer white, to match the bathtub tap, but if not obtainable (we have not seen white taps in Mitre10 or Bunnings), we would have to go with chrome, as white does not seem to be the in-colour anymore. Happy to obtain the taps if you want to just do the installation (but we would need advise for the fitting size), or we can see what models you can offer if you have them, if you want to do the whole job (supply & installation). They suggested replacing the two taps with a mixer tap & a soap dispenser. Job done on time, below budget, works great, highly recommended.
