Have a leaking outside hose/tap, the shower faucet needs replacing, the taps over the kitchen sink are a bit loose and there seems to be a bit of a leak from the outside hot water cylinder that needs looking at. My new tenants are moving in on the weekend so ideally I would like to have someone do the work on Friday 8 April (tomorrow).
