Plumbing Odd-jobs (Leaky taps, low pressure shower)

Have 4no. odd jobs to be done around the house: Job 1: Have leaky laundry taps that aren't putting out enough water pressure to the washing machine. Might be bad washers Job 2: Have a leaky external tap that may need new washers or to be replaced entirely Job 3: Have an external tap that needs to be replaced entirely. Pipework presented already just needs to be fitted off Job 4: Shower water pressure and temperature is off. The water mix is very bad (either super hot or cold, no warm water) and the water pressure is very bad, especially with cold water. House has a new mains hot water cylinder and water pressure / mix everywhere else is really good. Supsect it needs a new mixing valve.
