Leaking & loose kitchen tap & plumbing a fridge

Single lever bench mounted tap fitting has become loose and I am unable to access underbench to tighten it - benchtop is melamine. There is also a leak in the cupboard under the sink which may be the tap fitting, or possibly garbage disposal (I have not been able to identify the exact place that is leaking). Second part of job is to plumb a F&P fridge/freezer with drinking water and ice-making capabilities. Fridge is located on opposite side of kitchen to the sink - but is a small kitchen!
