Hi, I’ve had a plumber and electrician around so it is fully disconnected but just need the hot water cylinder taken out. I can dismantle the bottom of the cabinet prior. Just unsure about cutting the pipes etc. Has been changed to a gas system so pipes won’t be used again. Thanks, Matt
