Required to investigate and issue Report on loss of water pressure which happened immediately following CCC Water Care work on mains. Rectifying issue included.. I'm convinced that CCC Water Care created the problem but they now want me to confirm this before they compensate me. Payment by me is assured.

Completely forgot our first appointment. At least honest to admit "just forgot" As he didn't need to visit to quote, I wasn't happy about $35 for "Travel"
