Urgent replacement installation of an all in one heat pump cylinder from a low pressure cylinder

I have a 270L low pressure hot water cylinder sitting at the garage. it was built in 1992 and I want to replace that with an Aquarian 250L indoor all in one heat pump hot water cylinder. --- /. There is also another small tank sitting on the roof of the 2nd storey, I guess that will need some sort of plumbing work. I intend to move in on 9th October so it would be great if that can be installed before that date.
