We have bought a relocated house in Otane, Central Hawhkes Bay. All the plumbing has been cut off at floor level. It needs sewerage piping to road mains connection via a holding tank with submersible pump. House to Road is approximately 40 metres. Rainwater drainage is to two soak pits approx 3 m square. Plumbing connections to shower, vanity sink, bath, kitchen sink, dishwasher, washing machine, hot water cylinder. We also want a log fire installed (fire and flue supplied).
