bathroom renovstions and ensuites for a possible b&b

We urgently require some sort of idea of cost for installing and help with supplying 4 toilets 4 showers hand bssins two sets would be ensuites all on one side of the house house we might buy is in oamaru built in 1909 only main sink needs be old style as everything else would be behind doors for privacy. room is a facture. so small. toilets etc for ensuites showers in main bathroom would be side by side enclosed in cubicles with doors like in acamping ground setup. all plumbing would be on same side of the house. council needs costs of install to give us consent costs if tradesmen could give idea on that would be good too. need this organised asap as we view property weekend after easter. ph --- email ---
