HW cyclinder needs replacing. Thinking of relocating the cyclinder by installing new and then removing old. Likely to be follow on work as bathroom and 2 toilets needs refurbishing and plan to build a new ensuite as well. Flexible on timing. No need to make good after installation - I can do all the decorating
