Outdoor Cylinder Installation

We want to replace the current indoor cylinder with an outdoor cylinder. The new cylinder will be in the same position, just outside behind the wall. The outside floor is made of concrete and level. Plumbing and electric sockets should be moved outside as much as possible. There is access form under the house for this. The location is hillside; however, it has access to the installation position of ten flights of stairs. Please include all costs, such as driving, removal of the old cylinder (in good order), brackets, etc.
