Connecting water and waste to kitchen

Connect onto copper hot and cold (HWC location). 2 no penetrations through external wall and run hot and cold approx 5m along wall, another 2 penetrations into external wall and fix wingbacks with 2 way valve on cold and iso valve on hot. Run waste from sink (will need supplementary P trap with AAV) whole saw through external wall and run waste to existing gulley / approx 4-5m, will get plenty of fall. Just need water and waste services to location, we can fit everything else off.
