Hi there We have two blocked toilets that need to be fixed please. This is the message from the tenants that live at the property: Hi there just wanted to inform u that the toilets are blocked we got a friend over to catch it n it's a big job saying the line that goes underground is broken if u could arrange a plumber to come see n fix it that would be great as both the toilets are Blocked thank u So the pipe line which passes the two toilet sewage which is under ground is broken this causes the toilets to get blocked which has to be repaired asap the image I sent u was given by our family friend who came to check n said this is the problem The toilets are not flushing so they can't use yhe toilets at all cause wan flushed it overflows It was blocked last week so we asked our family friend to unlock it but than it happend again so he checked properly to see what was the real problem The toilet waste line under the concrete is misaligned. Which is causing the blockage there. They need to replace that section under the concrete .this is the information from a plumber
