Hot water cylinder misbehaving - Kingsland

I own a rental property (63F Third Ave, Kingsland). The tenants have said there is now only enough hot water for one shower a day, and that their power bill has gone up lately. It sounds like there is something wrong with the hot water cylinder. I suspect the cylinder would be at least 30 years old. My tenants are working from home at level 3, so access is no problem. I am best reached online initially in business hours since I tend to be in non-stop meetings are struggle to take calls.
