Hi, please supply new tap set and replace old taps. Or replace hot tap tap fitting and handle, if that will fix the problem. Pretty sure replacing the set's the best way forward as hot tap handle on existing set has been replaced 3 times and keeps breaking. Job on Avondale Rd, Avondale, Will put you in direct contact with tenant to make time to visit. Thanks Alan M
