Kitchen Reno Pluming/Gasfitting

I have a new kitchen to go in mid to end March and am looking for quotes for the plumbing/gas fitting work. The current kitchen will need to have plumbing and gas disconnected before it gets taken out and then the new plumbing will need to go in. Most will be in a similar location (dish washer and sink will move about half a metre. Gas cook top will replace freestanding oven with gas top (bottled gas for cook top and hot water). New cook top will move about half a metre too. New plumbing needed for new fridge. Photos of new kitchen plans and current kitchen.
