Shower waste drain

Could you please quote me to repair the seal around the shower drain? I live in an apartment in CBD - we do not have parking I have been told by the building manager that all it needs is a replacement seal around the shower drain I have been told by the owner below my apartment that this has been leaking for the last year or so. Also if you can let me know if it is possible to do the repair today
