Hot Water Cylinder Plumbing & Installation

Would like to swap over small water cylinder to the larger one as per photos shown. There is plenty of space for the bigger cylinder but the overflow drain might need to be moved to a higher point through a concrete block wall. Currently, electricity disconnected. If possible next week 14 - 18th September.
