Hot water (not hot, reduced flow)
Job description
I've just bought a house, moved in, and discovered the hot water is tepid. The pressure is pretty low too. Need a plumber to have a look, tweak the thermostat (hopefully) or more... Also looking at developing a plan for improving water pressure.

Great communication, able to switch proposed time to one that suited. Did some immediate work and fixed the problem. Also advised on options for improving even more if I wanted to do that, and additional advice on areas not specifically related to the job.
