Hot Water Cylinder relief /pressure valve leaking into a drainage

I have a video of HWC and where the water is coming out from but this website is not letting me attach it. I have attached a couple of photos. The tray below HWC is dry but the black pipe in the photo has a constant leak. I had a property accessor visiting the house who advised its most probably from the pressure valve. Location:- Sandringham Please provide a quote - as mention I have video as well which I am happy to share. Mine is the upstairs unit and the window which you see open just above the black pipe is where the laundry room and HWC are located.
