under sink pipe leaking

from what I can see, the pipes are all old, one has cracks, leaking in the joints (i taped before the lockdown, but still leaking), another one which I can't see is leaking somewhere under the sink, so the underneath wood are all wet. The leaking is not big, but its been there for quite a long time judging from the color of wetwood, and obviously its getting worse day by day.
