ESSENTIAL: Laundry taps snapped/leaking, can’t use washing machine

Ok so our laundry situation has gone from bad to worse Our washing machine is connected to our (very old) laundry tub, with double faucets coming out of the wall. The hot water tap has a leak out of the tap that we cannot fix. The cold water tap pisses out water when you turn it on to the washing machine, so we have been turning it off/on with a wrench. But then today we went to turn it on so we could do some washing, and the whole thing snapped off. We now can’t turn the cold water on to the washing machine and so can’t use it and can’t wash anything. We had planned to get someone in before lockdown to change the plumbing over as we will be renovating to a mixer and sink/bench/cupboard situation in the coming months (we don’t have these things yet), but now we just need someone to do the ground work on it so that we can at least use the washing machine in the meantime. Would really appreciate if someone could help us out so we can use our washing machine and to stop the leak!
