Hi there, I'm sure this is a simple fix but I can't figure it out. My toilet runs all the time and it's quite noisy. Plus my water bill is high. Can you please help?

Chris is fantastic. Very hardworking and reliable. And even noticed my toilet seat needed adjusting, so did that! I'm happy with the job he did.
