Service/replace flush mechanisms on 3 toilets & plumb fridge

Our3 Duravit toilets don't flush properly. One toilet flush doesn't seal properly and keeps leaking water from the cistern into the pan. The partial flush doesn't work. With the other 2 toilets the partial flush doesn't work and the flushing is inconsistent. We have a new F&P fridge which we would like to connect water to for ice making.
