Replace heating element
Job description
Heating element failed last night. No hot water. 230 volts is reaching the element via the thermostat. Cylinder has drain tray and drain pipe. See photo. Need to have element replaced ASAP.

Haden excelled in all categories. It was a pleasure to meet him and have the job completed in a thoroughly professional manner at a *very* reasonable cost and at short notice.
