Handle to flush cistern has to be cranked 3-4 times before water flows and toilet gets flushed. Suspect new cistern may be required. If not, a button flush to be fitted to replace the existing handle. Although it is a 'back to the wall' toilet, there is good access to the cistern from above by a lid. Need the job done efficiently and cleanly by December --- .
