2 jobs. Guttering split at join of downpipes. Downpipe probably blocked also. Metal guttering. 2nd story but good access to guttering from roof. Laundry tap only supplies hot water. Cold feed is shared with hot water boiler and outside tap, seems not enough pressure to supply inside as well?
