Change the toilet seal rings under the base of two toilets. They are probably broken and leaking smell and water. Photo of one toilet is enclosed. The other toilet is the same kind of toilet.

Responded and performed job quickly. But final charge for labour higher than quoted. He stated time spent more than anticipated but I did provide very good description of job and what was done was the same as described. Final silicon seal was not done to a high standard.
