Repair leaky mixer tap and shower
Job description
I would like a quote for 2 jobs within the bathroom: 1. Repair a leaky hand basin mixer tap. When left off in cold water position, cold water starts coming out of the central piece. I assume it needs the cartridge replaced as there is no evidence of leaks underneath the sink if the washer had perished. Cartridge to be supplied by plumber. I think we are on mains pressure. 2. Adjust Englefield brand glass shower door, I replaced the seals around the door but over time it no longer closes properly. The bottom of door hits the metal frame when trying to close. I believe the hinges need adjusting to realign the door to fit flush within frame. The property is an apartment in the CBD off Upper Queen St with parking available for a trade vehicle. There is no risk of water damage to the property and job can be undertaken during standard working week business hours .
