As you can see from the photos the previous owner of the house has butted the brick patio up to the house which hasn't left a drain channel. Water is pooling back into the house and causing damage/mold growth. Need someone to come around and cut the bricks and lay a drain channel into the garden (or close by drain) Small job but hopefully someone is interested
